Politique d'expédition

All shipments will be processed same day during business hours. Shipping time is approximately 2-5 business days. Tracking information is provided via email to each customer at the time the order is shipped.

Local Customer - Pick up

Leah Jean Boutique offers the option to pick up merchandise purchased on our website at our local store.  All customers, despite shipping/pickup option, must choose an electronic payment method upon checkout. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages lost or misdirected in transit will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. Leah Jean Boutique is not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
